These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rsvplan.com (the "Site"), operated by RSVplan ("RSVplan", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
