Every plan includes one Google Calendar connection. Trained for you ($449) includes your custom CRM connection, built by RSV; CRM or other system integrations on the other plans are quoted separately.
What about after hours?
She answers 24/7, including nights, weekends, and holidays. With Google Calendar connected, she books only within the appointment hours you set and when you are free.
Keep my number?
Yes. You keep your business number through call forwarding. You choose whether your business phone rings first and she answers only if nobody picks up, or she answers every call.
English and Spanish?
Yes. She answers calls and customer texts in English or Spanish.
How soon?
Live in 48 hours. RSV sets her up remotely with your information.
Dental and medical offices?
She answers questions from your office information, takes messages, and handles appointment requests. She gives no health advice. HIPAA setup is available and quoted separately.

Already have a website?
If you already have a website, Marissa reads it during setup to learn your services, hours, and prices. If you don’t, RSV builds a simple one-page website with a booking page. This is included with Small business, Busy business, and Trained for you, but not Solo.
More calls than expected?
Every minute counts, including spam, wrong numbers and sales calls. Extra minutes are billed at the rate agreed when you sign up. You and RSV get email notices at 80% and 100% of included minutes, and she keeps answering after 100%.
What about urgent calls?
If you provide your cell number, she can transfer urgent callers to you. Otherwise, she takes the details and emails them to you flagged urgent after the call. She gives no health advice.
After the 3 days?
The first 3 days are free, with no charge. If you continue, your monthly plan starts and the setup fee, quoted per install, is charged. No long-term contract; 30 days' notice to cancel.
