Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number. We set your phone so only the calls you don't answer come to us, and we show you how to turn it off any time. Every call you pick up rings your desk exactly as it does today.
Does it really speak Spanish?
Yes. The receptionist hears the caller's first words and answers in Spanish or English. Text messages go out in the language the caller used.
How fast can it be running?
Most businesses are live within 48 hours of signing. We set it up, test it with you over the phone, and it is live.
Is it safe for a dental or medical office?
Yes. The receptionist only takes names, numbers and appointment times, never medical details, and the phone system we use signs the HIPAA privacy agreement that dental and medical offices require.
Does this replace my front desk?
No. It backs them up. Every call they can answer still rings the desk. It only catches the calls that were already being lost, and sends them a text instead of a voicemail to transcribe.
What if I already have a website?
We add the booking page to it and connect it to the receptionist. If you don't have one, we build a simple one-page site for you. It is included in every plan.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
We text you when you reach 80 percent of your monthly minutes. If you go over, extra minutes are $0.50 each, or you move up to the next plan. Never a surprise bill.

What does support include?
Support is by text or email, answered by 6 PM the same business day, Monday to Friday. Hours, services, prices, the greeting, holiday closures and your booking calendar are yours to edit any time on your settings page at no charge. Changes to how the receptionist talks are made once a month on your review call, unless something is broken. The receptionist takes names, numbers and appointment times only; it does not give medical, legal or pricing advice, take payments or handle complaints, those calls are sent to you.
